The Training

 

This training class will cover every aspect of using the ConsignPro software program so it will be beneficial to both new and seasoned users of our software.  This intense, one-day training session will be held on Saturday March 28th from 9am until 5pm in a conference room at The Decoplage in South Beach.  The event will be taught by the creator of ConsignPro and founder of Visual Horizons Software, Mr. Brian Wilson.

  • Basic operations, adding consignors and inventory, making sales
  • Value features, buyers fees, comeback bucks, auto-forfeit inventory
  • Using layaway, wish list, smart pricing, flexible terms setup
  • Reporting, understanding and using all reports in the system
  • Vendor and store owned inventory, entering and accounting for.
  • Setting up and using the MyResaleWeb.com online service.
  • Setting up the online store feature and selling online.
  • Using the built-in email feature to inform consignors and market to customers.
  • Processing Gift cards, Loyalty cards, and the rewards program.
  • Voiding sales and taking returns.
  • Database backup / restore operations - tips and tricks
  • "Disaster" recovery and critical reports.
  • Any other topic presented by our attendees during Q&A
What's included In addition to a full-day of training, attendees will be served a continental breakfast and sandwich lunch on the day of the training.  Training materials will be provided (handouts, note pads, etc).  All attendees will also receive a CD with the latest ConsignPro version.

This event will be held in beautiful Miami Beach, Florida.  Average daily temperatures in Miami Beach during March average 80 degrees during the day and 70 degrees at night.  Beaches are world-class, ocean waters are emerald green, hundreds or restaurants are within walking distance, and the nightlife is literally non-stop.

We are not suggesting a particular hotel but do suggest trying Expedia.com as your online travel agent.  If you choose a hotel in South Beach (our suggestion), you'll be a short walk or taxi ride from the training.  With literally hundreds of hotels to choose from, you should be able to find a good deal regardless of your budget.

Travel Planning You are responsible for your travel planning.  Flying into Miami International Airport (airport code: MIA) is the most convenient.  The airport is approximately 20 minutes from the South Beach area.  You may also fly into Fort Lauderdale International Airport (airport code: FLL), the airport is about 45 minutes from South Beach.
