User Guide Downloads

Our user guides provide detailed and complete information on either of our software products. After downloading the appropriate guide to your PC, simply double-click on the "PSPUserGuide2003.exe" file to extract our user guide. The user guide is in Adobe PDF format. If you don't have the free Acrobat Reader, you can download it by clicking the get Acrobat Reader link below.


Utility Downloads

Below are some files which might be needed in the case of an install problem with either of our products. Unfortunately, due to bugs in the "Microsoft Installation Wizard", these files are sometimes necessary to cleanly install our software.

All programs are small enough to be saved on a floppy disk if necessary to transport the file from location to location.

PkFiles.exe
(95 kb)
This installs pkzip.exe and pkunzip.exe onto your system.
VBRun60.exe
(1,033 kb)
This is necessary if your setup fails on a file named oleaut32.dll. Run this first, then restart the setup.exe program.
regsvr.exe
(52kb)
This installs regsvr32.exe and regit.exe which are necessary if the setup fails because it can not register certain .ocx or .dll files.
fixprint.exe
(264 kb)
This is necessary for some HP DeskJet printers where you get an "Error reading font" message.
zebra.exe
(148 kb)
This file contains the necessary Windows drivers for the Zebra thermal label printer.
generic.exe
(164kb)
This file contains the "Generic / Text Only" printer driver that is required to use the Star SP2000 printer. This driver can also be found on the Windows 95 or Windows 98 CD.
newpspdb.exe
(47kb)
This file contains an empty or initialized PawnShopPro database.
newpspini.exe
(26kb)
This file contains an initialized PawnShopPro ini file.
