Version 6.0 User Guide

Our ConsignPro User Guide provide detailed and complete information about the ConsignPro program.  The X-Charge User Guide is for customers processing credit cards using ConsignPro with X-Charge software.

  1. Click the appropriate link below to download the ConsignPro User Guide in either Word 2003 or Adobe Acrobat format.
  2. After downloading, locate the file on your computer and double-click the file to run it.
  3. Click "UnZip" when prompted.
  4. The Guide should automatically open when you UnZip it.  If the Guide does not open, locate "UserGuide" in the \Program File\ConsignPro folder and double-click to open it.

Utility Downloads

Below are some utility files which you may need to get ConsignPro and compatible printers up and running correctly.  In general, you should only use these files if instructed by VHS Support.

xcsetup.exe
(10.1mb)
This is the X-Charge Version 6.0.3 setup program which will install X-Charge credit card software on your ConsignPro PC.
jet40.exe
(3.69mb)
Version 4 of Microsoft Jet data access used on Win95 and Win98 if you can't access your ConsignPro database file.
zebra.exe
(148 kb)
This file contains the necessary Windows drivers for the Zebra thermal tag printers.
generic.exe
(164kb)
This file contains the "Generic / Text Only" printer driver that is required to use the Star receipt printers. This driver can also be found on the Windows 95 or Windows 98 CD.
newdb.exe
(47kb)
This file contains an empty or initialized ConsignPro database.  It will erase all data in ConsignPro.
newini.exe
(26kb)
This file contains an initialized ConsignPro ini file.
