Write a personal check or purchase a cashiers check or money order and send it along with the Unlock Form to the address shown on the Unlock Form. The unlock code will be sent via email so please be sure to include your email address.
Codes will be sent immediately upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check, or five business days after receipt of a personal or business check so please allow time for delivery. Expect to receive the code 3-4 business days after mailing a money order or cashiers check - two weeks after mailing a check.
